Pharmaceutical

(A large provider of Pharmaceutical Compounding services - direct to medical practitioners and their patients)

The client had an existing website that wasn't working for them; they also wanted to be able to edit the content themselves, and to add
e-Commerce capability.

"PCNZ have been using Simply Good Websites services since being introduced by a mutual friend. The first project involved a transfer and upgrade of our main website. Having only a little knowledge of website technology, Alan was good at helping explain to us the other technicalities involved to bring the website to completion. The ongoing support from Alan has been timely and responsive. We have found Alan to be a straight forward and clear communicator, eager to understand our needs and help provide the right solutions. Upon completion of our first website project we then commissioned 3 further websites to be constructed. From our experiences, we would recommend his services to anyone thinking about building and or maintaining a website.

SGW copied the existing website's design with some minor enhancements. The task of initially loading, and especially laying out all the new content was very daunting as they had little experience with websites. So SGW loaded the vast bulk of the new content and during this process helped PCNZ get the hang of doing it themselves. Now, except for a few of the more technical changes, PCNZ maintain the website themselves.

The website has also been attracting many more visitors than the previous version.
